Do your prints come framed?
No, all prints are sold frameless.
What size frame should I order for my print?
You will need to order the corresponding size frame for your size print.
For example if you have ordered an A3 print, you will need to order an A3 frame. If you wish to have negative space around your print, you can order a larger frame size with an A3 mount.
Where can I find my Tracking Number?
If tracked delivery is selected your tracking number will be included in your dispatch notification email. Please note your Tracking Number may not work until your item is received by your local depot or courier. If your Tracking Number is not included in your dispatch information, please contact us for your number confirmation.
Will I have to pay customs/ import fees?
If ordering outside of the UK it is now highly likely that customs/ import fees will be applied.
Please note it is the buyers responsibility to pay any import tariffs applied to your package when entering the chosen country for delivery.
All international sales are final and no refunds will be given if import fees can’t be paid.
Do you accept returns?
As we are a small business passionate about minimising waste, all of our prints, mounts and frames are made to order, so please note we do not accept returns or offer refunds for prints ordered in the incorrect size, prints that are no longer wanted and orders that are incorrectly addressed.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your print arrives damaged or is unable to be delivered to the correct address, please get in touch for a replacement order or a full refund.
Are your prints sent flat or rolled?
Orders containing prints sized A3 and below will be sent flat in no-bend hard back packaging.
Orders containing prints sized A2 and above will be sent rolled in secure tube packaging. If you place an order containing both larger and smaller prints, you will receive all prints in rolled tube packaging.
